EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is applicable on the following terms and conditions: The item is torn, damaged or not in an acceptable condition. The item provided was different to what it was ordered. In such cases the customer can send back the product and will be provided with the new exchanged product without any extra cost. Read australian open 2021. Note: No refunds are provided by JPART.

In the case of not best-fit size, the customer can return the item within 5 days, resized item will be given back without any extra cost.

Note: If in any case the measurements provided by the customer were wrong, then the customer will bear the courier charges

How many days do I have to return a product?

Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of the date of delivery.

How do I return/exchange an item?

An email has to be sent at [email protected] with the return/exchange details and the issue with the item. Within 5 working days, JPART will arrange a reverse pick up from the customer. In the case of exchange or size rectification, the item will be delivered back to the customer within 15 days from the date of exchange request.

Who will provide the return shipping label?

To return any purchased merchandise please use the free return label provided with each shipment. If not received, please email at [email protected] for initiating the refund process. JPART cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
